INTERVIEW WITH HILL OF BOODIES

Hey man sup!

-Sup brother

What kind of music does HILL OF BOODIES got?

-Hill of Bodies started out more like Brutal Death with Grindcore influence but for the full length it will be like a Brutal Death Metal/Death Metal mix. More riffs and traditional style vocals.

What kind of musical inspiration do you have in your songs?

-Hill of Bodies is inspired by real riffs and speed and blasts. Inspiration comes from Krisiun, Inveracity, Vader, Suffocation.. etc

Tell us about your release till now.

-Well I am still early in the recording process and have no idea really when it will be done, but it will be a Brutal Death/Death metal full length with the inspirations listed above.

When you gonna release your first full-length album “OBSESSED WITH KILLING”

-Obsessed With Killing was more of an ep or like a test but I've since then changed my sound. I will probably have that available as a download for a while until I can release it on physical copies.

Are there any bands that might sounds similar to HILL OF BOODIES?

-Yeah Krisiun, Inveracity, Vader, Suffocation, maybe Prostitute Disfigurement new school stuff

Are there any  one man band that you have  inspired from?

-Gore Sanctum and Cemetery Rapist are probably my biggest inspirations as a one man band

Thanks for your time dude, I can’t wait for your  releases. Do you have any last words to our readers?

-No problem, and to anyone who is a fan of me or my work, thanks!!

INTERVIEW WITH CROQUE MORT

What is the meaning of CROQUE MORT?

Croque-Mort is an old French word for mortician or embalmer. It literally means "death crunch", because the morticians used to crunch the toes of the dead to make sure they were really dead...

When did you start this sickass project?

I officially started Croque-Mort in 2008, but some songs dates back to 2001...

Lyrically what themes are based in “DEATH –O-DORAMA” album?

Death-O-Dorama was the first promo/demo from Croque-Mort in 2008.
It contained 2 songs : "Ice Pick Lobotomy" is about the dark side of self
and "Massacrés par milliers" is about the massacre of humanity.

What  inspires you to do “one man project”? Do you ever play live alone?

Croque-Mort was like my second or third one man project. I started my first one man band, Sick Sad World, in 2001.
I like making music so much that sometimes I dont wanna have to wait after band members to create music... So I just go on my own and do my thing.
Dont get me wrong tho, I love playing with bands! Its the best! Vocals, guitars, bass, drums, whatever, lets make some noise!

So , how was the recording process like? Is it studio recording or DIY?

Its a bit of both actually.
When I started Croque-Mort in 2008, I worked at a pro recording studio so I used the installations for Death-O-Dorama, but recorded everything myself.
I still record everything by myself, using semi-pro equipment now.

What kind of feedbacks do you have from your first album?

All sorts of feedback! I love feedback! Some people said that it sounded like Mortician, which is great since Croque-Mort is Horror Death/Grind and Mortician is one of my main influences for this project.

Treuly speaking  it sounded like  Mortician to me too.Have you plan for new release for coming years?

I'd love to release some Croque-Mort, obviously, but the lack of time and inspiration makes it hard sometimes. I have enough tracks right now to release an album, I just need to find a decent label that's willing to do it and who's really into it.
I prefer not to release anything official until I can release something good with people who are really into Croque-Mort.
Until then, all the Croque-Mort songs are available for free on the internet! So, enjoy!

Thanks for the interview DEZ, hoping to see your new albums soon . Any last words man?

Thank you very much , this means alot to me!
Stay true!
GORE FOREVER!...

Fucking love this sickass one man brutality, check out this

INTERVIEW WITH VELIGORE
Tell me how VELIGORE got started?

-Actually many years ago - as a desire. I was trying to bring this creature to life, but i did not have enough materials, it was just a pure idea. I was working on it for about 10 years. It was alchemic process which needed time. I was just waiting for the right time. Then in December 2012 I finally made this creature - the Veligore band. That's why first album was made in just three months, but it really took many years of thought.

How would you describe your sound? Who are your main influences?
-
In my opinion - music is a ritualistic language. Contemporary people forgot about it. They use music for dancing in the bar or something like that. This is good, but this is not all. Every note has a special meaning, it can destroy or make something. In our music we try to go back into a magic mentality. That's is a reason why we have such a sound, such lyrics and riffs. Our sound is heavy gained B-scale roar, like a sound of earthquake or moving glacier.

Of course, number one influences for us is Black Sabbath and Venom. Black Sabbath gave us heavy distortion sound and riffs, and Venom - dark energy and drive.

What  inspires your lyrics?
-
Nature. Dark and unknown things. Another side of reality. Edgar Allan Poe, Lotreamon,  Kalevala, Edda - these are the true lyrics. I think you can write lyrics for your songs when you can see some processes like a life or death manifestation. Then you will compose a poetic form for it. This is like speaking in another language, I think this is a part of old magic.

What kind of  difficulties did you  faced being underground band?
-
At first - nobody knows that you exist! "Not bad bro, but you need to work like Metallica! Can I give you good tip about your sound?" - people say things like that. We can do what we like to do! And what we want to do! This is the reason for me to be in underground band. We have no bosses. In one hand there can be lots of problem, but on another hand - there is freedom. This is what I really like about underground: you are your own master and censor.

Did you use drum programming in your first self titled album? Are you planning to record real drums for new upcoming Albums?

-Of course we must use drum machine for first album. Sometimes I think about metal drummers like I think about about whores: no money = no sex (or drumming). We have no budget, that's why we use program drums, but we plan to use a real drummer on second album. And, of course,  we want to meet OUR drummer for Veligore band.

“GLOOMY  WINTER”  is an badass  song.Who wrote it?

-Myself and our bassplayer, Glor. It was completed in just twenty minutes: main riffs and lyrics. It was really cold day, snow was everywhere. We reminisced about our journey to the woods and we made this song.

What has been your favorite release you’ve done at this point?

-Currently we've got just one album - "Veligore", and one internet single - "Angels". They are different, but we like both. "Veligore" like a big building with dark secrets and mysteries, and "Angels" - like a lone voice from nowhere. These two are the snapshots of the moments.

What  do you believe in DIY records ?

-DIY was here before major labels, and will be after their death. People every day make some DIY: cookies, sandwiches, tattoos. And music, of course. It was before these guys, who said:"All music is mine!" and have stolen everything from musicians and artists blocking information streams. DIY and social nets is the perfect choice for real musicians. But as mean guys trying to shut off the information flow we need to fight. This is like guerilla actions. DIY was, is, and will be.

Shortly, explain about your band jam?

-Any time when we can do it. Sometimes at night, sometimes early at the morning. We like it, to play music together. This is our Ritual.

Where can people check out your tunes?

-Full album here: http://veligore.com/music

Finally we’re end of the show any last shoutouts?

-Hails to everybody who play, listen and love Black Metal! It was Veligore band!

Thanks for your time bro,cheers

-No brother, thank YOU!

  INTERVIEW WITH   INIURIA

What up bro! thanks for your time man

-Thank you for this opportunity.

INIURIA is one of the  sickest Ear raping deathmetal band in existence! Could you explain about your band’s   origin?

-Well, in de mid nineties me and some friends started off as a grind/mince band like Agathocles/Larm/Rot/.... We did that for about 9 years, but in het last few years the tracks became more and more deathmetal instead of grindcore, so we changed the bandname  and bagan to write some serious deathmetal tracks. due several circomstances we weren't able to release more than 2 mcds uptil now, that's an absolute pitty. but now we're up and rolling again and we've almost completed enough new tracks to record a full-lenght album. From the beginning of iniuria until now Roy, Bryan and me are still the Original members, we've devourered some guitarplayers and a vocalist along the way.

When did you form your band and start jamming?
-I think we changed the band's name around 2004, so that's the official year iniuria started. but the band as it  was started in 1995. One of the members of that grindcore-combo is now the vocalist/bassplayer of dutch grindcore band Grindbashers; check em out!

What  bands are the biggest influence in INIURIA?

-That's a difficult question to answer. in Iniuria almost all members have different influences. For me Inhume has been a big influence even as Vader and Sinister. for the other guys that might be Metallica, Dying Fetus, Origin, The Bezerker and many many more.

Do you ever play any covers?

-Well, we used to play covers in the past, for exemple we played Gorefest's 'Tangled in gore' for some time. For now we don't play any covers at all, but that might just be a good idea to pick up again.

What’s the biggest show you guys have played?

-We did some cool shows with bands like Vomitory, Sinister, Grog, Phlebotomized (haha) and so on, the biggest,  that was the Stonehenge gig in Steenwijk in 2011, Stonehenge is a good and nice festival, not too big with 1000 man.

Are there any gigs upcoming?

-We had to set down the level of gigs for a while and work on new tracks for the album. When the album is done, we will start gigging again, new merchandise will be available at that time aswell.

As we know that you’re working with BURNING HATRED,PHLEBOTOMIZED , How do you manage your time for your band rehearses?

-We rehearse once a week with Burning Hatred and once a week with Iniuria. Phlebotomized is a different story because we're 300km apart from eachother, we do most rehearsing at home and come together just a few times to rehearse with the whole band.  But it does cost a lot of time all together, but hey That's what a hobby is for right?

Fuck yeh man.Did you ever write any song for your band?

-Mostly the guitarplayers write the songs and record it with a simple basic drumrythme, after that we start jamming and the actual drumparts will come together, in the weeks after that some parts will change a bit and form a complete track.

Can you recommend some sickest bands for Netherlands?

-just be sure don't only listen to the biggies like Hail of Bullets or Sinister, be sure to check the smaller bands aswell like Abrupt Demise, Grindbashers, Cliteater, Death Squad, Caedere, Sledgehammer nosejob, Massive Assault, Anarchos and many many more

Alright man !lastly any shoutouts ?

-Keep up the good work, support the underground aswell. check out our facebook page for some more information, just leave a comment there or questons, we will be happy to answer them all. The new website is under construction right now but this will be online asap. Some video's you can check on my youtube account.

INTERVIEW WITH B.A.M.H
How are the things rolling up with BAMH?

-things seem to have there ups and downs. I am gaining a pretty hefty fan base these days and it just keeps growing and never stopping.

What can we expect from your new release?

-Heavy as fucking hell and offended the parents from the sexual intitenties to do with the full length. You see. Im not that very shy to admit im very sick in the head but i can control it by expressing it through my music. And some people just dont understand that. Even my family has a hard time dealing with it because i post my lyrics here and there on facebook. And get all offended by it. But thats them. Im not gonna stop there opinions. Its theres...

Do you just write what you like and that's the result?

-yeah thats the best way to explain it. Most of the time the riffs i write are thrown down in 5 to 10 minutes but i work on them for hours to a few days to make them sound great.

When did you form BAMH?

-i formed bamh around some time september or october in 2008 when i was only 17 and the first name was funeral for a massacre but then i remember there was a band named funeral for a friend so i dropped that named and only was a few days later i came up with B.A.M.H. (birth at the massacres house)by and boom! It was the start and it will never end :)

How people expect about BAMH's music?

-heavy and offensive so its not children friendly music. Well. Because my lyrics involve a lot sexual shit and fetishes to the lyrics or murder and rape. And all that mess

How often do you get to play live?

-i play live as often as i can actually. It makes me shocked my mom finally supports me as a death metal artist after 4 years and trying to get respect from her about the side of metal i chose to be part of but it will be hard to get my stepdads respect because he thinks its a bad side of music but ive told him not all death metal artist are satanist. Yes. Some are. But im not. Im a nihilist. I have a different belief on life.

How do you manage your drum programs for live?

- 90% of the time i will do only originals but people been begging me to do stuff from the upcoming full length and 5 track EP that isnt pornogrind but more viking metal based metal and if its those usually i will delete the recordings of the guitars and download the drums after that and i can play along with those songs. Its hard to. But i can.

Lastly,do you have any words for your fans?

-i would like to thank my fans from the 'theloveofmetal' page that look up to me as a metal god *Emmy sara, dalek sek (jordan brown),& scott krause* my mom and dad and stepdad for atleast showing me the support they can though they all dont like my lyrical themes but its how i control it. I like to thank my fans of bryan kyle davis, kelsey snook, jaycen snook (yur famous kiddo :D),cody hancock.
Out if town fans. Mikey velez, lucas of cerebral down, shawn whitaker for supporting me and being a huge influence on me.
My pornogrind brothers. Zack shaw (phalloplasty) joey cashman (goremonger) clay lamanski. Hope i spelt that right (the mighty king! Cemetery rapist!) You guys inspired me to become the pornogrind artist i am today. Though i have the looks of a death metal artist on my logo. All my band mates from every band im in that support me. You know who you are :)
All my out of country fans and especially my brother of hate and kvlt metal jason king! HAIL OSSIN! :D
and all my fans from canada. Phillipines. India. And all over the world
The people i dont wanna thank? I dont exactly like putting names out there but let me say this.
Grow the fuck up! Be the grown up gentlemen you were ment to be.
Thank you :)))))
